The team of the Center of Competence "Clean & Circle" at the Institute of Organic Chemistry with Centre of Phytochemistry – BAS participated in the international scientific conference “Science-Industry-Society Nexus for Sustainable Region”, held from June 12–14, 2025, at Burgas State University "Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov."

During the conference, the team presented the achievements and results of the "Clean & Circle" Center through five scientific lectures and two posters, focused on current topics in the fields of sustainable development, green technologies, and applied science.

Meanwhile, on June 13, 2025, a joint meeting took place between the teams of the "Clean & Circle" Center from IOHCP – BAS and Burgas State University. The meeting was held in the university’s laboratories, where participants presented research results from Clean & Circle projects and discussed opportunities for future collaborative scientific initiatives.

The participation of "Clean & Circle" in the conference and joint meeting strengthened the connections between scientific communities and academic institutions, highlighting the Center’s commitment to promoting innovative solutions for sustainable regional development, grounded in science and inter-institutional cooperation.
