Prof. Irina Ribarova and Assoc. Prof. Rumyana Zakharieva from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, a partner in the project, presented the goals and objectives of the developing Competence Centre “Clean Technologies for Sustainable Environment – Water, Waste, Energy for Circular Economy” at a forum dedicated to the circular economy in the field of public utilities.

The event took place on 5–6 February 2019 at the French Institute in Sofia, in partnership with Cleantech Bulgaria. It was attended by representatives of cities, companies, and organizations from across Europe.

Project BG05M2OP001-1.002-0019:„Clean technologies for sustainable environment – water, waste, energy for circular economy“, financed by the Operational programme “Science and Education for Smart Growth” 2014-2020, co-financed by the European union through the European structural and investment funds.
